2 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Registered mail for all local orders within Singapore.
Mailing days are on every Monday and Thursday unless stated otherwise.
Items to be delivered between 3-5 working days.
For large orders, we will arrange door to door delivery via email.
For bounced mails,
- an error on our end (eg. address wrongly written on the package) we will resend parcel at no addition cost
- customers fail to collect from the designated post office, additional cost for postage will be charged
either ways, we will notify all customers via email.

We ship worldwide.
All items will be shipped via airmail by Singpost under registered mail. Delivery will take approximately 14 to 21 working days.
3 RETURN POLICY
We apologise in advance if you receive any defective item. Only *defective items are allowed to be exchanged or refunded and email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org

Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to achieve to provide pictures as close as to the true colour of the items. We strongly advise customers to check the measurements thoroughly before purchase. No exchange will be allowed for ordering the wrong size. Please allow a minor variation of 2-3cm differences in the measurements.
