Refunds of funds will be made to customers under these circumstances listed below:
- Defective item and there is no stock available for exchange
- Inventory issues. Item sold is sold out at the point of packing
- Missing item(s) within the same purchase order & customer(s) is/are not willing to wait for the next shipment
