Refund Policy

Refunds of funds will be made to customers under these circumstances listed below:

  1. Defective item and there is no stock available for exchange
  2. Inventory issues. Item sold is sold out at the point of packing
  3. Missing item(s) within the same purchase order & customer(s) is/are not willing to wait for the next shipment
