We review such request as a case to case basis based on the availability of stocks. We strongly advise customer to choose carefully before making a purchase. However, all return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED and UNALTERED condition. Please DO NOT IRON the item before returning.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Your item shipping cost is non refundable. Strictly NO Exchange on All Sales of AS-IS items.
Please follow this steps for an exchange:
- Email us at email@example.com with subject "Exchange required / order #"
- State your reason(s) as to why an exchange is required
- Provide picture of defective area if you have received a defective piece
- Allow 2 to 3 working days for us to reply to your email
If you opt for delivery for the exchange, we will arrange our courier man to make the necessary exchange between 7 to 10 working days from the confirmation email sent by us for local delivery only (Singapore).
For international shipping, we will proceed to deliver a new package once we have received the items from you. If you are shipping item(s) over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchases shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
