In order to make purchases on the site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The site is available only to individuals and others who meet Nushee Nurra's terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Nushee Nurra, whose applications are acceptable to Nushee Nurra and who have authorized Nushee Nurra to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where Nushee Nuraa feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.


By placing an order via nusheenurra.com, you are making an offer and commitment to purchase products, services or both in accordance with these terms. An order is subject to acceptance or rejection by Nushee Nurra in its discretion after receipt of the Order. Provided you have not accepted delivery of the products, where possible, Nushee Nurra may in its discretion permit an order to be cancelled, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed once any applicable payment is received for the order. The order cannot be cancelled by you once product has been sent out for delivery.

Once you have placed an order in accordance with these terms you will receive an email confirming the details of your order and receipt of payment (where applicable) (Confirmation Email). Where your order is not accepted by us, you will receive an email indicating that your order has not been accepted. If you do not receive a Confirmation Email, please drop up as email to sales@nusheenurra.com to check the status of your order.

Not with standing anything to the contrary, we may at any time following receipt of your order accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason whatsoever, whether or not your credit card has been charged or we have otherwise received payment from you. We will issue you with a refund if your credit card has been charged or we have received payment from you, and your order is cancelled by us.


Prices are all displayed and quoted in Singapore Dollars. Nushee Nurra reserves the right to do any and all fraud checks required. Nushee Nurra reserves the right to change prices without notice. Products are only available while stock is available. Any orders placed on items with incorrect prices due to data entry error can be cancelled by Nushee Nurra or refused. If payment has already been made you will be given the option to remedy the price or receive a refund.


Nushee Nurra is responsible for updating the stock availability nusheenurra.com . In the unlikely event where you have purchased an item(s) (your card or PayPal account has been charged), and we no longer have the item(s) in stock we will be in contact with you to notify you of the occurrence. We will then refund you in full for the payment you have made.

to POSB account number 198-31176-6 within 24hrs from confirmation of order. If payment is not made we will send at most 2 payment reminders before your order is cancelled.

The credit card holder must be either the billing or shipping recipient.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you authorise us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted Order from your nominated credit card account.

If we are unable to successfully process your credit card for your order that is accepted by us, then we may cancel your order.

You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for orders through any fraudulent or unlawful means.

We will provide you with a receipt at time of confirmation of the Order (in respect of Online Payments) which specifies the total fees and charges for the products and services in your order.


Once an order has been placed and we have processed and sent the order out for delivery/shipping you are unable to cancel the order. If you wish to change the items purchased before your order has been sent out for delivery/shipping please email us at sales@nusheenurra.com within 24hrs of purchase. We may cancel an order if the product is no longer available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product within 3-5 working days.


We always ensure that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered, and the product will conform with details as advertised at the time of your order.

We try very hard to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time.

In order to provide you with any solution for a faulty product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including:

Please specify with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the product is damaged or defective.

If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product and we find that the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or have been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or have been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions for the product, or deteriorated through normal wear and tear, after delivery back to us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order.

Nushee Nurra reserves the right to terminate any part of the website, any users access, any products provided or the website as a whole.
